Too often, this is what I hear.

"Wow, you can do all of that? I should really have you come help me out. I NEED help. I am so embarrassed though. You don't want to get into all of that mess. I really don't want anyone to see how bad it is. Let's hold off for now."

WHY WORK WITH ME?

Simply put: I want to help others and make things better. I always have. There is a general theme I continue to encounter: CHAOS. I have the skills to make it EASIER.

A friend referred to me as a hybrid at one time. I laughed at first but then realized she nailed it.

  • My degree is in Psychology with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • In my personal and professional life, I have:
    • taught children with Pervasive Developmental Delays, Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
    • successfully administered a sales team.
    • developed, scheduled, an delivered software user training internationally to thousands of employees for a Fortune-100 company.
    • helped to administer a thriving Community Center.
    • volunteered to help successfully produce 2 award-winning middle-school theater productions with budgets well over $30,000. This included developing the budget, tracking expenses, and coordinating the efforts of dozens of volunteers needed for set and costume creation, fund raising, ticket sales, concessions, and supervision of a cast and crew of more than 50 students.
    • worked with another professional organizer to declutter and organize garage and basement spaces.
  • I have been married for 21 years.
  • As a Mom, I am raising two kids. One was diagnosed with Autism and ADD at the age of 4. He was challenged with lack of executive functioning, interactive communication and imaginary play skills. I aided my son in developing the skills necessary to thrive. Today, as a high school student, he achieves A's in honors classes, independently manages his responsibilities, acts in theater productions, and is a member of multiple competition dance teams.
  • I am a planner by coordinating meals for the week, kids' schedules with carpool, and organizing tasks for group projects.
  • I am a passionate person, so I do things with a lot of energy. Whether I am "cheering" during a volleyball game, moving through the kitchen like the Tasmanian Devil, or loving my friends and family, there is never a doubt that it's being done with a lot of heart.

I have realized that I have a driving passion for converting chaos into something "so-much-better." I believe I can take my experience with my family and past jobs, my strengths with organizing and my desire to do good for others, and simply make CHAOS EASIER for other individuals.

  • What is the benefit to you? While chaos cannot be completely eliminated, simplifying it can provide you with a a sense of ease and calm can be achieved. I am flexible about what needs to be done. There is no job too small. Whether it's a specific project or you simply need an extra set of hands to do a little bit of everything, just do it with E.A.S.E. with CME!
